Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in mailroom, office services, shipping and receiving, facilities support, logistics, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail, organization, time management and follow-through.
Professional communication with internal customers, visitors, vendors and team members.
Familiarity with carrier shipping processes and software such as FedEx, DHL, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, sort, and distribute inbound mail and packages while following security procedures.
Process outbound mail and packages using postage equipment and carrier software.
Maintain shipping documentation and records per requirements.
Support facilities and office operations by managing conference rooms and supplies.
Provide reception backfill and greet visitors professionally.
Communicate with internal customers to resolve shipping questions and timelines.
