Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and distribute freight, parcels, and mail following safety procedures.
• Support dock operations and organize shipping/receiving areas.
• Maintain delivery logs, time stamps, and chain-of-custody records.
• Provide responsive service to internal teams and clients.
• Use tracking systems to monitor deliveries and update records.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
