Job summary

FedEx Office in Plano, TX is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels with accuracy and speed, in a corporate, campus, or retail setting. You will support equipment, supplies, and fulfillment tasks while delivering excellent service to internal and external clients.

This role uses consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.
• Experience with mailroom equipment and carriers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping related services and activities.
• Pick up and deliver mail and packages on site.
• Operate mail processing equipment and scanners.
• Assist with fulfillment tasks and printing needs.
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
