FedEx Office in Tysons, VA is seeking a dedicated Mail Services Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will deliver excellent service, operate mail processing equipment, and support fulfillment and administrative tasks for internal clients.
The role requires 1+ year of customer service or operations experience, familiarity with carrier processes, and strong communication skills.
The Mail Services Specialist is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within a corporate, campus, or retail setting. This role ensures that all items are processed in accordance with company policies and industry standards, while providing excellent service to internal and external clients. The position also provides a variety of support services associated with equipment, supplies and fulfillment based on customer account requirements. Interaction with customers must deliver a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. The Mail Services Specialist works with minimal instruction and supervision and interacts daily with customers, managers, team members and vendors to accomplish established business objectives.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. The actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, location pay and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential may be available. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
$19.70 - $23.17 per hour
