Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Utah is seeking a reliable Mail Center Attendant to oversee the mail center, ensure proper organization, and support uniform distribution. You will help members receive mail and packages securely and on time.

This seasonal, part-time role requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) and strong administrative skills. You will log mail, coordinate carrier pickups, and maintain inventories while providing courteous service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a resort, club, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software platforms.
• Pass annual background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage member mail (incoming/outgoing).
• Oversee mail room and recycling center.
• Distributes internal and external mail.
• Coordinates pickups with FedEx and UPS.
• Delivers mail and packages to member residences.
• Logs all mail for tracking.
• May drive to local carrier facilities for pickups.
• Communicate with mail carriers for smooth handoffs.
• Assist with uniform distribution and inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
