Hart Ranch Camping Resort is seeking a Mail Room Associate to provide outstanding customer service and ensure accurate processing of mail and packages. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling mail from carriers, logging outgoing mail, and assisting multiple resort departments with mailing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Must be a motivated self-starter.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Receive and process mail from carriers and log outgoing mail.
• Maintain accurate mailroom records and assist in mailing projects across departments.
• Cross-train in all mailroom functions and follow SOPs.
