Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch, located in Morgan, Utah, is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver best-in-class experiences for members, guests and prospects. You will handle activity bookings, transportation, dining referrals and guest communications with prompt, area-knowledgeable service.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce familiarity, plus the ability to manage multiple requests, maintain guest profiles, and coordinate special events.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-property activity bookings.
• Adventure and experience referrals and bookings.
• Ground transportation arrangements.
• Shuttle information schedules and arrangements.
• Restaurant referrals.
• Children activity requests.
• Baby-sitting referrals.
• Special occasions and celebrations.
• Manage all required member, guest and prospect pre-arrival and post-arrival communications.
• Answer incoming calls and emails expeditiously and impress members, guests and prospects with our responsiveness and area knowledge.
