You will build and manage North American OEM chiller relationships, driving both technical and commercial success across the full project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in North American HVAC; prior OEM chiller relationships preferred.
• Hands-on Danfoss maglev compressors or similar technology experience.
• Able to produce technical proposals and negotiate commercially.
• Familiar with NA HVAC standards (UL, AHRI, ASHRAE, DOE).
• Willing to travel extensively across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical promotion and sales support for the 3rd-generation maglev compressor in NA; hit regional targets.
• Grow relationships with NA OEM chillers, establishing technical and commercial partnerships.
• Manage full maglev compressor project lifecycle from selection to mass production ramp-up.
• Coordinate output with R&D and manufacturing; ensure certifications and on-time delivery.
• Represent at industry events to elevate brand presence in NA.
• Monitor competitive landscape; deliver market strategy recommendations.
