Job summary

Disney Stores USA, LLC is seeking a Store Associate in Burbank, CA to deliver a magical guest experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and demonstrate product knowledge while maintaining store presentation and safety standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; must be 18+, able to lift 45 lbs, and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
• Must be available a minimum of two shifts Monday through Friday and have weekend availability
• Ability to lift boxes up to 45 lbs and climb a ladder
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store Mission: Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages
• Engage guests with open-ended questions to assess needs and suggest products
• Provide a high-energy, entertaining shopping experience
• Assist guests using Disneystore.com and maintain brand standards in engagement, visuals, and housekeeping
• Handle cash wrap and mobile POS efficiently while delivering high guest service
• Support shipment processing, restocking, and store operations as needed
• Uphold all policies and promote a safe shopping environment
