Disney Stores USA, LLC is hiring a part-time Cast Member to ensure guests enjoy The Best Retail Experience in the World. You will engage guests, perform events, and support store operations to deliver an entertaining and magical shopping experience.

Flexibility is required for overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts; must be 18+, legal right to work in the U.S., and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or the service industry preferred.
• Ability to speak fluently in another language in addition to English.
• Comfortable storytelling in front of large groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Performs scripted and non-scripted events for Guests.
• Supports Disney Store Mission, “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages.”
• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess Guest needs and make appropriate suggestions.
• Drives Store results by suggesting additional items to Guests to meet their needs.
