Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts.
• Minimum two shifts Monday through Friday and weekend availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store Mission, “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages.”
• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions.
• Provides a high-energy, entertaining and dynamic guest experience.
• Assists Guests in finding solutions and leveraging Disneystore.com.
• Maintains Disney brand standards in engagement, visuals and housekeeping.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently with great guest service.
• Participates in processing shipments and replenishment of the sales floor.
• Upholds company policies and contributes to a safe working environment.
• Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment.
• Retail/Service experience preferred and ability to engage guests on/off the sales floor.
• Demonstrates teamwork and receptiveness to feedback.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to Disney Store grooming guidelines.
