Job summary

Disney Store in Burbank, CA is hiring a Seasonal Cast Member for a part-time, non-exempt role running from late September to mid‑January. You will ensure guests have The Best Retail Experience in the World by delivering entertaining and magical service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling transactions, replenishing stock, and maintaining brand standards. Requires 18+, HS diploma, flexible hours, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts.
• Must be available a minimum of two shifts Monday through Friday and have weekend availability that meets the Store’s business needs.
• Job may require lifting boxes up to 45 lbs and climbing a ladder.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail/Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions.
• Contributes to a high energy, fast-paced environment with entertaining, fun experiences.
• Assists Guests in finding solutions leveraging Disneystore.com as needed.
• Maintains Disney brand standards in Guest engagement, visuals and housekeeping.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while delivering high Guest Service.
• Participates in shipment processing, floor replenishment and other operational tasks.
• Upholds all company policies and safety guidelines.
