Job summary

Disney Store in Commerce, CA is hiring a retail associate to support the Disney Store Mission and assist in processing shipments and replenishing the sales floor. You will contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment while upholding Disney brand standards and delivering a magical guest experience.

The role requires flexibility for overnights/evenings/holidays/weekends, a minimum 18 years of age, and legal right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends
• Must be willing to meet the Store’s business needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store Mission, 'Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages'
• Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
• Maintain Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visuals and housekeeping
• Uphold safety and conduct in line with SOPs and policy manuals
• Provide a positive work environment and treat guests and Cast Members with respect
