Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Retail/service experience preferred; strong guest-focused engagement required.

Responsibilities

• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions.
• Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visuals and housekeeping.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently and accurately.
• Supports store operations including shipment processing and floor replenishment.
• Works as part of a team to deliver a fun, entertaining shopping experience.
