Agrace in Madison, Wisconsin is hiring a Recruiter on a hybrid schedule to support staffing needs. You will screen applicants, interview and assess candidates, and partner with department managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to create sourcing plans for assigned positions.

Responsibilities include driving full-cycle hiring, onboarding support, reference and credential checks, and building diverse candidate pools. A Bachelor’s in HR is required with strong MS Office and ATS experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior recruitment and HR experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Flexible to meet organizational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Screen applicants using an applicant tracking system to move candidates through the process.
• Manage inquiries from potential job seekers.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pools to fill open roles efficiently.
• Assist with full cycle hiring including screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Deliver offers verbally and in writing, and negotiate with candidates.
• Support onboarding and new hire paperwork with HR Coordinator.
• Perform reference and credential checks.
• Develop sourcing plans with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.
• Participate in community events to connect with candidates.
• Run recruitment campaigns via ATS, direct mail, and other sources.
• Maintain professional profiles on social media and networks.
• Use inclusive sourcing strategies to build a diverse workforce.
• Provide strong candidate experience for all stakeholders.
• Serve as backup to HR Coordinator for post-offer requirements.
