Job summary

Barclays is seeking an Analyst for BARX Client Services—Macro, FX and Fixed Income. You’ll provide 24/5 electronic trading support, onboarding and setup for Macro clients, pricing support, and resolution of platform issues, collaborating with eSales, Trading and operations to ensure smooth trading workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Macro FX and FX Options product types is desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including Bank Holidays.
• Proactive, team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Ability to design and implement new processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, efficient technical support to traders and sales on trading desks.
• Coordinate trade execution with traders, clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and update trade records, logs and client databases.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support activities.
• Monitor market data and assist in financial analysis for trading decisions.
• Handle operational tasks such as processing trades and confirming orders.
