Caxton Associates is seeking a candidate to join the New York macro execution desk, executing strategies across Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Credit, and Equities. You will work with Portfolio Managers to provide market color and improve liquidity and execution quality.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience in fast-paced trading environments, and the ability to work across time zones. A discretionary bonus complements base pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar trade execution role in a bank or hedge fund.
• Quantitative focus with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets and bond math.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trading across markets, geographies, and time zones with strong ethics.
