Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in consultative sales in the Machine Tool Industry.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Superior interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building.
• Project management and time management experience.
• Experience with CRM and basic computer skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for travel.
• Valid driver's license and permission to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of Machine Tool products and services.
• Prospect and manage territory; perform phone prospecting and field visits.
• Meet annual revenue and margin targets; manage margins and growth.
• Lead projects through installation and ensure customer satisfaction; maintain communication with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with current customers and build prospects.
• Provide weekly sales activity and forecasts; contribute to annual business plan.
• Attend sales training and support other team members.
