Job summary

Gosiger, a leading machine tool solutions provider in Ohio, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive machine tool revenue, turnkey and training revenue, and grow existing accounts. You will develop prospects, maintain strong customer relations, manage territory and projects, and work with internal teams to deliver the Gosiger Advantage.

Travel is required; a mechanical engineering background is preferred. Compensation includes base salary plus commission with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in consultative sales in the Machine Tool industry.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Superior interpersonal communication and customer relationship-building.
• Experience in project and time management.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel and obtain/maintain a valid passport.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• May require personal credit card for business expenses.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of Machine Tool industry and Gosiger products, communicates Gosiger Advantage to customers.
• Prospecting and territory management.
• Phone prospecting of new potential customers; travel as needed.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions; maintain daily face-to-face time with customers.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue and profit margin goals.
• Lead projects through installation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Applications, Product Support, Training).
• Maintain customer/prospect database and provide forecasts and reports.
