Job summary

Gosiger in the United States, Michigan is seeking a result-driven Machine Tool sales professional to drive revenue, turnkey and training services with current customers and prospects. You will manage accounts, perform demonstrations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

The role requires consultative sales experience, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in consultative sales in the Machine Tool Industry.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Superior interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and time management.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to travel and obtain/maintain a passport.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of the Machine Tool industry and products/services.
• Prospecting and territory management; meet annual revenue and margin goals.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction through installations and follow-ups.
• Use Gosiger CRM/Salesforce to track activity, forecasts, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Applications Engineering, Parts) for solutions.
• Travel for customer visits and demonstrations as needed.
