Job summary

Gosiger is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to drive engineering services sales through distributors and end users on the West Coast or Midwest. You will develop process solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored proposals to grow revenue and market presence.

Expect base salary of $80,000–$100,000 plus commission, with up to 40% travel. Responsibilities include maintaining technical fluency in Gosiger products, qualifying opportunities, and presenting compelling

Qualifications

BS/BAS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of hands-on machine tool and machining process experience with strong manufacturing aptitude.
Strong knowledge of machine programming, setup, metal cutting, tooling, fixtures/workholding, GD&T, CPK, and print interpretation.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals, negotiating terms, supporting collections, and managing business expenses.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, customers, and prospects.
Coordinate customer visits, meetings, training sessions, and showroom presentations.
Utilize CRM and SharePoint tools to manage accounts, forecast business, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct distributor visits and sales activities within assigned territory.
Support team training and strategic planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes.
