Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in machining, welding, fabrication, or skilled trades environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Machine Shop operations, ensuring priorities are set and customer commitments met.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and delivery.
• Plan production, scheduling, capacity, and resource allocation for the shop.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop production staff, conduct evaluations and coaching discussions.
• Enforce policies and safety standards while promoting a productive work environment.
