You will translate production goals into actionable shop floor plans, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will manage a skilled team with 5+ years of machining supervision experience, emphasize process optimization, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime and cost.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ machining supervision experience.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities.
• Experience in high-volume production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign personnel to meet production plans.
