Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ machining experience and people skills to provide hands-on supervision.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent organization and analytical skills and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; establishing priorities.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process and resources; cost reductions and reporting systems.
- Responsible for production reporting review before posting and meeting manufacturing deadlines.
- Conduct yearly employee performance/attendance reviews for raises/bonuses.
- Oversee and monitor safety initiatives and ensure efficient production flow.
- Communicate priorities with production team and resolve machining quality issues.
