Qualifications

15+ years of machine shop leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee machinists and grinders, provide coaching and feedback.
Plan and organize production schedules to meet orders.
Monitor processes, implement improvements to cut waste.
Make daily production decisions and allocate resources.
Lead hiring, development and training of staff.
Collaborate with engineering to develop fixtures and tooling.
Ensure ISO9001 and EH&S compliance.
Maintain production reports and KPIs.
Coordinate with facilities on equipment and layout.
Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
