Volt is seeking a Machine Operator for the Stafford Spring, CT area on 3rd shift (10:30pm–6am). This full-time, temp-to-perm role pays $23–$24.50 per hour and requires you to operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to meet daily production goals.

You will set up equipment, load materials, verify settings, inspect finished parts, and perform basic troubleshooting. The job emphasizes safety, housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality concerns or equipment issues.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and troubleshooting processes.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Machine Operator you will:
