Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate in Lakeland, FL to support high-speed beverage production. You will adhere to GMP, follow production schedules, monitor quality, maintain records, and assist with equipment changeovers and sanitation.

You must read imperial/metric measurements, operate forklift equipment, and work with multiple departments to meet production targets. Overtime, safety training, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in beverage production a plus.
• Ability to understand production schedules and quality standards.
• Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs, and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and monitor equipment.
• Perform sanitation and equipment changeovers as needed.
• Record downtime and quality data accurately.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
