Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a qualified CNC operator to set up and run machines according to work orders and blueprints. You will inspect parts, adjust offsets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to support high-performance manufacturing.

The role requires basic measuring tool proficiency, strong communication, and a commitment to following safety procedures on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, digital height stands and blueprints.
• Excellent communication with associates.
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines per work order, drawings, templates or layouts.
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use of small hand tools.
• Inspect parts for conformance against blueprints/instructions.
• Familiar with CNC machine/tool offset adjustments.
• Keep work area clean and organized; assist with area maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as required by Lead or Supervisor.

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline-related performance components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates machine by work order, drawings, templates, or layouts.
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use of small hand tools.
• Inspect part conformant based on blueprints/instructions.
• Familiar with CNC machine/tool offset adjustments.
• Cleans, organizes, straightens areas as defined by Lead or Supervisor which may including wiping down the machines, removing trash, sweeping area, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from factory environment.
• Performs additional duties and assignments as required.
