Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Michigan is seeking a detail‑oriented manufacturing teammate to operate CNC machines per work orders, drawings and SOPs. You will use micrometers, calipers and height stands, inspect parts and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in manufacturing, familiarity with measuring tools and blueprints, and strong communication to collaborate with team members and supervisors in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines per work order, drawings or templates.

• Inspect parts for conformance using blueprints/instructions.
• Familiar with CNC offsets and adjustments.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per SOPs and supervisor direction.
• Perform additional duties as required.

RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline-related performance components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates machine by work order, drawings, templates, or layouts.
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use of small hand tools.
• Inspect part conformant based on blueprints/instructions.
• Familiar with CNC machine/tool offset adjustments.
• Cleans, organizes, straightens areas as defined by Lead or Supervisor which may including wiping down the machines, removing trash, sweeping area, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from factory environment.
• Performs additional duties and assignments as required.
