Race Winning Brands is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join the team in Mooresville, NC. You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high‑quality precision parts.

Responsibilities include machine setup, tooling adjustments, quality inspections with micrometers and hand tools, and ensuring safe and efficient production. High school diploma required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines to produce precision parts as per specifications.

• Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure part tolerances.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and comply with all safety procedures.

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set‑up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high‑quality precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Machine Technician (CNC Operator), responsible for the production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines.
• Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications.
• Experience in operating a variety of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and precise dimensions of finished parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
