The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, can lift up to 50 lbs, and can work independently with attention to detail. Flexibility to work varying shifts is a plus as we keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications.
• Experience in operating Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate dimensions of finished parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Machine Technician (CNC Operator), responsible for the production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines.
• Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications.
• Experience in operating a variety of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and precise dimensions of finished parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
