Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a production associate to operate plant machinery and help produce concrete products in a safe, efficient manner at our Minnesota facility. You will follow approved procedures, monitor equipment, and contribute to quality control while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The role requires reading and following safety manuals, lifting up to 70 pounds, and wearing PPE. Prior manufacturing exposure is favored; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, operating and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery to produce concrete products.
• Inspect product quality to required standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
• Perform setup and cleanup during job changes.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Accept additional duties from supervisor or leads.
• Be willing to cross-train on other production aspects.
• Maintain high accuracy in all tasks.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
