Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a production associate to operate equipment, inspect finished products, and assist in maintaining efficient production lines. The role requires reliability, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a dusty, non-climate-controlled environment.

Training and certifications may be provided as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least two years in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds while following written

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and follow written and verbal direction.
• Ability to wear all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, ear protection).
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce products from raw materials to yard stage.
• Inspect product quality according to standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitor machinery to detect malfunctions and report issues.
• Perform machine clean-up, setup, preventive maintenance, and related tasks.
