Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a dedicated CNC operator in North Carolina to set up and operate CNC machinery, read blueprints, and inspect parts for conformance. This role requires attention to detail and strict adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of manufacturing experience, familiarity with measuring tools, and strong communication skills to collaborate with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) and blueprints.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines by work order and drawings.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Use small hand tools.
• Inspect parts against blueprints.
• Adjust machine/tool offsets as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as required.

RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates machine by work order, drawings, templates, or layouts.
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use of small hand tools.
• Inspect part conformant based on blueprints/instructions.
• Familiar with CNC machine/tool offset adjustments.
• Cleans, organizes, straightens areas as defined by Lead or Supervisor which may including wiping down the machines, removing trash, sweeping area, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from factory environment.
• Performs additional duties and assignments as required.
