This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to grow within a precision manufacturing operation serving medical device, automotive, aerospace, and defense industries.

You will learn to operate centerless grinders, read basic blueprints, measure parts with micrometers and calipers, and perform basic math.

Location: Woburn, MA

Schedule: Full-time

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM — $20/hour

A precision manufacturing company serving the medical device, automotive, aerospace, and defense industries is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Machine Operator I – Centerless Grinder position.

This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate centerless grinding machines.
• Read basic blueprints and job orders.
• Use manual micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect parts.
• Perform basic math and measurements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Manual micrometer experience preferred.

After conversion, employees may be eligible for a $1–$2 per hour raise within the first year ,
