Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Machine Helper in Cedar Hill to support production by setting up and operating machinery, performing cleanup, and troubleshooting for safe, efficient output. You will contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining a clean work area and helping fellow team members.

The role demands adherence to procedures, basic data entry, and readiness to advance along the production line as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer experience in corrugating industry.
• 6 months of experience in Flexo or DieCut helper preferred.
• 6 months of experience in Press and Finishing Departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep a clean, hazard-free work area; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Inspect materials and products to meet standards; report quality concerns.
• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections; assist operators and monitor performance.
