Job summary

Pratt Industries in Tulsa is seeking a Machine Helper to support production machinery. The role covers machine setup, operation, cleanup, and troubleshooting to ensure safety and high-quality output.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, aiming to improve equipment efficiency while keeping the area clean and safe. You will join a team focused on meeting production schedules, training teammates, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; corrugating industry preferred.
• 6 months experience as a Flexo or DieCut Helper recommended.
• 6 months experience in Press and Finishing departments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic maintenance.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and operate machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections on machines accurately.
• Assist machine operators with operation and monitor performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in production areas.
• Document production data and report progress to supervisors.
• Participate in training and cross-training on different machines.
• Support teamwork to meet production schedules and goals.
