Pratt Industries – Tulsa is seeking a Machine Helper on the 1st shift to support safe, efficient production operations. You will assist with machine setup, operation, cleanup, and troubleshooting while focusing on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; corrugating industry experience preferred.
• 6 months experience as a Flexo or DieCut Helper preferred.
• 6 months of experience in Press and Finishing Departments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions for machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Load and unload materials safely; operate forklifts (training provided).
• Conduct visual inspections and measurements using basic tools.
• Observe and track machine performance for optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety policies; maintain clean, hazard-free area; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect materials; report quality concerns; assist in sorting and maintaining product quality.
• Operational Efficiency: Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections; assist operators; monitor performance; report malfunctions.
• Training & Development: Participate in training; cross-train on machines; learn new tasks.
• Reporting & Maintenance: Document production data; update supervisors; report equipment issues.
• Flexibility & Teamwork: Adapt to changes; collaborate to meet goals; willingness to advance to operator role.
