Pratt Industries is looking for an entry-level, full-time machine operator helper. You will assist the operator on your assigned machine, including setup, operation, cleanup, quality checks, and recommending improvements to operations.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, feeding, and die cut sections on the machine.
• Monitor board quality and report defects to the operator.
• Complete reporting accurately and timely.
• Willing to cross-train on other machines.
• Follow safety policies and maintain housekeeping.
