Pratt Industries – Cedar Hill is seeking a Machine Helper for 1st shift. The role involves machine setup, operation, cleanup, and troubleshooting to support safe, efficient production. You will help ensure quality and productivity while adhering to strict safety and cleanliness standards.

The position offers a starting pay of $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for training and advancement within a large, environmentally focused packaging company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in corrugating industry preferred.
• 6 months experience as Flexo/DieCut Helper preferred.
• 6 months experience in Press and Finishing Departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Assist in setting up and operating production equipment.
• Support machine operators and helpers to meet production schedules.
• Document production data accurately and report progress to supervisors.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate with maintenance personnel.
