New Relic is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our San Francisco team. You’ll provide front-end and back-end Mac-based helpdesk support and assist with system administration, cross-functional projects, and user training.

The role requires 5+ years in Mac support, strong knowledge of SaaS tools, and comfort with Moveworks, JAMF Pro, and JAMF-based workflows. This office-based position demands collaboration, empathy, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced, global environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience supporting Mac hardware.
• Deep expertise with SaaS applications (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, JSM).
• Familiarity with generative copilot platforms (Moveworks).
• Network knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication and end-user empathy.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a team or independently.

Mansioni

• Respond to internal support inquiries in person, via Slack, or email.
• Configure and setup IT hardware, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technology enablement service and training to users.
• Manage user accounts and system access provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Provide event and meeting support via Google Meet.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software packages and OSes.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets.
• Deliver high-quality service using the JSM ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Security and Facilities teams.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation.
