Job summary

Channel Factory, a leading startup in contextual safety and performance marketing, seeks an IT Support Engineer for the Americas. The role focuses on tiered support, end‑to‑end device lifecycle, and global IT initiatives. You will own onboarding readiness, endpoint protection, and cross‑team collaboration.

You will manage macOS fleet with Jamf Pro, coordinate procurement, and contribute to security and access governance across a fast‑paced organization. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, or Systems Administration.
• Strong macOS expertise with Jamf Pro and ABM/DEP preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and SSO/MFA platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Experience managing hardware procurement and device lifecycle operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support to Americas users via Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot macOS, SaaS apps, access management, and networking issues.
• Manage the macOS fleet through Jamf Pro and ensure device security and compliance.
• Oversee laptop procurement and device life-cycle processes for Americas hires.
• Collaborate with HR to optimize onboarding/offboarding workflows and access provisioning.
• Support Google Workspace administration and SSO/MFA setup and governance.
• Contribute to global IT initiatives and documentation improvements.
