Job summary

Perk seeks a TechOps Specialist to drive a world-class IT experience. You will own macOS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle, and onboarding, while coordinating with vendors for repairs. The role demands a proactive, execution-focused mindset and clear communication across in-office and remote teammates.

You’ll support diverse IT needs, from day-to-day issues to large projects that shape our tech landscape. This on-site role sits in Boston with possible relocation support for nearby hubs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IT support or systems administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong macOS experience and endpoint management proficiency.
• Experience with device provisioning, inventory and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• IT Support: first line of defense for employee IT issues with macOS focus.
• Hardware Management: full device lifecycle, procurement, deployment, inventory tracking.
• Repair & Warranty Coordination: liaise with vendors for repairs and AppleCare.
• Accessory & AV Oversight: manage peripherals and conference room AV systems.
• IT Onboarding: set up laptops and essential software for new hires.
• Proactive Planning: monitor hardware aging and coordinate refresh cycles.
• IT Logistics: support software installs, shipments, and office moves.
