Job summary

Flatiron Health seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology Operations team. You’ll provide hands-on support for employees worldwide, including in-person help via the IT Bar and remote assistance across macOS, Windows, and iOS.

You’ll manage access with AD, Google Workspace, and Okta, troubleshoot network issues, administer devices, and keep Zoom Rooms and AV gear running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user IT support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting macOS and Apple hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory, Okta, and device management.
• Familiarity with AV systems, conference rooms, and Zoom Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote IT support for macOS, Windows, and iOS.
• Manage user access and provisioning across AD, Google Workspace, and Okta.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Oversee asset inventory, lifecycle, and endpoint administration.
• Document requests and manage tickets to ensure timely resolution.
