Meet the People seeks proactive Technical Support Specialists in Dallas, TX to provide first-line IT support for macOS via Jamf in a Google Workspace environment. You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage devices, and ensure a seamless end-user experience across North America.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in IT support, experience with Apple device management, Jira Service Management or Freshdesk, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in IT/end-user support.
• Experience with Apple Device Management.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or Freshdesk.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with macOS DMS (MDM) tools like Jamf, Kandji, SimpleMDM, Addigy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and messaging tools with clear, ongoing communication.
• Maintain and update ticketing systems, knowledge base, and asset records.
• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support for North America, including Mac troubleshooting and SaaS configurations.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues on macOS devices.
• Set up and onboard/offboard employees, including accounts and permissions.
