Job summary

Insight is seeking an Onsite IT Services Technician in Herndon, VA to support end-user hardware, software, and peripherals. You will respond to tickets, install and upgrade systems, and maintain workstation performance as part of a regional IT team.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate IT support, strong Windows 10/11 and M365 skills, and excellent communication. Monday–Friday onsite with full benefits and potential regional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a corporate IT support role.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and M365 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Respond to requests and problems, including installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software.
• Oversee IT readiness for office relocations and new setups.
