Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking a Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deploy and secure Microsoft 365 workloads and unified endpoint management for client environments. You will configure Intune, Jamf Pro, and Workspace ONE, apply Zero Trust controls, and create complete technical documentation to support handoffs to support teams.

A BS in CS or related field and 3+ years of M365/UEM experience (MSP/MSSP preferred), plus PowerShell and REST API skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management platforms; MSP/MSSP experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing M365 workloads and UEM solutions (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE).
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and device lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security controls.
• Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation for deployments.
• Familiar with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and confirm scope and readiness for deployment.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads and mobility solutions.
• Implement and maintain UEM solutions and device lifecycle management.
• Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and secure-access controls.
• Apply Zero Trust controls in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions for handoff to support teams.
• Communicate updates clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in IT Glue, HaloPSA, and SharePoint.
