Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC, a national managed services provider, seeks a Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deliver Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility solutions for client and internal environments.

Working from defined project scopes and standards, this role deploys, configures, secures, documents, and validates platforms before transitioning completed environments to ongoing support. Collaboration with project, mobility, and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management.
• Hands-on with Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE or similar.
• Experience in MSP or MSSP environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, MFA, CA, MTD.

Responsibilities

• Review project docs, confirm scope and readiness.
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Phone, and PSTN.
• Implement and maintain enterprise mobility and UEM: Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE.
• Support endpoint lifecycle across devices, including provisioning and decommissioning.
• Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and secure access.
• Apply Zero Trust controls in partnership with security teams.
• Troubleshoot 365 and mobility platform issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation in IT Glue, HaloPSA, and SharePoint.
• Validate delivered solutions meet project scope before handoff to support teams.
