Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking an Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deliver M365 and enterprise mobility for client and internal environments. You will deploy, configure, secure, document, and validate modern workplace platforms and manage end-to-end implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will work hands-on as the technical lead during deployment, applying governance and standards, and ensuring a smooth transition to support teams with comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management platforms.
• Hands-on with M365 workloads and UEM/EMM solutions.
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, MFA, conditional access, and MTD.
• Experience with automation via PowerShell or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and audit support.
• Certifications like MS Endpoint Administrator Associate or M365 Admin Expert are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, requirements, and licensing for readiness.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 workloads per standards.
• Implement and maintain MDM/EMM solutions (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE).
• Manage endpoint lifecycle across devices and IoT endpoints.
• Configure device profiles, compliance, and secure access controls.
• Apply Zero Trust controls in partnership with security teams.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to senior engineers.
• Maintain clear technical communication with clients and teams.
• Create and maintain technical docs for handoff and compliance.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet scope and documentation standards.
