Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC in the United States seeks a Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deliver Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility solutions for client and internal environments. From defined project scopes, tickets, and standards, you will deploy, configure, secure, document, and validate modern workplace platforms before transitioning to support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/related field.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management.
• Hands-on deployment of M365 workloads and UEM/EMM (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE).
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and device lifecycle.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Review project docs, scope, prerequisites, and licensing for readiness.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads per standards.
• Implement and maintain enterprise mobility and UEM solutions.
• Support endpoint lifecycle across devices; provisioning, enrollment, patching.
• Configure security controls: MFA, conditional access, encryption.
• Document technical details in IT Glue, HaloPSA, SharePoint.
